Why Gravitee?
The Mission: We are bridging the gap between traditional tech and the new frontier of AI Security.
The Momentum: We combine the credibility of a market leader with the high-octane speed of a startup.
The DNA: We hire "Hold Nothing Back" individuals - passionate professionals who want to redefine how the world interacts with technology.
The Role
AI is rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Senior Manager, People & Talent you won’t just be supporting a product; you’ll be shaping how the world perceives and adopts the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that combines ownership of HR People Operations with leadership of recruitment, ensuring we hire exceptional talent while building People practices that stand up to rapid growth.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, demanding environments, takes pride in high standards, and is willing to step in, take ownership, and push for better outcomes. Anchored in the US and partnering closely with global colleagues, this role helps bring Gravitee’s values to life through action, not just intent.
What You’ll Be Doing
At Gravitee, impact isn’t abstract - it’s visible and global. In this role, you will:
People Operations & HR:
Own People Operations with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism, including compliance employee relations, performance management, and core people processes.
Apply a continuous-improvement mindset to People Operations - using data, tooling, and emerging technologies to simplify workflows, reduce friction, and improve employee experience.
Explore and apply AI-enabled tools and automation thoughtfully across HR processes (e.g. documentation, insights, reporting, process design), ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance.
Handle complex or sensitive situations with calm judgment, fairness, and clarity, supported
by clear documentation and sound decision-making.
Maintain People policies, records, and processes that are audit-ready, scalable, and fit for a
growing, global SaaS organization.
Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, or gaps in People practices and take ownership of
improving them rather than waiting for escalation.
Talent & Recruitment:
Lead and deliver hiring with energy, pace, and high standards, balancing speed with long-term quality.
Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on the US while partnering globally
Leverage data, tooling, and AI-assisted workflows to improve sourcing effectiveness, screening quality, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
Partner closely with leaders, challenging thinking where needed to ensure we hire the right people, not just the fastest.
Coach and up skill hiring managers on structured interviewing, evidence-based decision-making, and inclusive hiring practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve how recruiting tools and systems are used, optimizing
rather than working around them.
Culture & Employee Experience:
Act as a visible, trusted People partner for US-based employees, balancing empathy with consistency and high standards.
Support a cohesive, inclusive culture across a distributed, global workforce. Contribute pragmatically to engagement, wellbeing, and manager-enablement initiatives that scale with the business.
Help translate Gravitee’s values into everyday behaviors, decisions, and people practices, not just statements.
