The Role
As agent governance goes mainstream, Gravitee is taking APIs, event streams, and AI networks to the next level.
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you are the post-sales technical owner for a tiered portfolio of enterprise accounts across North America. You will provide hands-on technical depth with your top-tier customers while maintaining structured cadences across the rest of your portfolio.
Your first mission with every new customer is to help them reach production in under six months. After go-live, you become their technical thought leader, helping them stay successful, maximize adoption, realize value, and expand their use of Gravitee.
What you'll be doing
Onboard to Production: Guide new customers from signature to production in under six months through architecture guidance, best practices, and use case design, working alongside an onboarding manager and FDE/Professional Services or partner delivery.
Run a Tiered Portfolio: Prioritize deliberately across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, determine where your time creates the most value, maintain appropriate scope, and route work to the right team when it falls outside the TAM function.
Own the Advisory Rhythm: Deliver QBRs, release briefings, and technical roadmaps, and drive value realization against each customer's business and ROI goals.
Drive Growth & Retention: Identify expansion, adoption, and usage signals early, bring them to the account team, and proactively help protect retention across your portfolio.
Champion Customer Advocacy: Represent your customers internally with Product and Engineering, connecting requests to clear business impact through our structured feature request process.
Contribute to the Field: Strengthen the broader team through demos, reusable technical assets, architecture design, best practices, and enablement content.
Live Our Values: Ensure every customer interaction reflects Gravitee's core values of Passion, Hold Nothing Back, and Professionalism.
Your impact will be visible, measurable, and meaningful.
